• For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., opened skincare or cosmetics) cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refund Process:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Products:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
